The Alpaca Yarn Company (formerly America's Alpaca) Classic 4-Ply Superfine Alpaca DK Yarn - 50 gram skeins This yarn is perfect for knitting soft, warm sweaters, socks, scarves, hats and cozy afghans.  It's sold in 50g (1¾ ounce) skeins of approximately 110 yards.  Gauge is 4½-6 stitches per inch using size 4-6 (US) needles.  Primarily a knitting yarn, it also weaves up quickly into a soft blanket or throw or a warm shawl.  Choose from the colors below (color samples are available).
