This beautiful seaman's scarf was made by Pat Ernst using West Valley Alpacas fingering yarn.The lace design can be seen in the photo on the right.

This lovely scarf was made by Kathy McLean using West Valley Alpacas fingering yarn and Fiber Trends’ Oak Leaf and Acorn Scarf pattern.  The lace design can be seen in the detail shot in the photo on the right.  We sell this as a kit.

This lace scarf was knitted by Pat Meade out of yarn she spun from West Valley Alpacas combed top.

This hat was knitted and felted by Pat Meade out of West Valley Alpacas DK yarn using Fiber Trends' Felt Hat pattern.  We sell this as a kit.

Ann Dyer-Bennet knitted this beautiful blue lace and cable cardigan using West Valley Alpacas fingering yarn.  The sweater has a flattering shape that flares slightly at the bottom.  The lace design can be seen through the back of the sweater in the photo on the left, and the lace and cable can be seen in the detail shot on the right.

Pat's first 8-shaft project was a point twill shawl 20¾" x 82" including a 6" hemstitched fringe.  The warp is 10/3 alpaca, alternating deep marine blue and teal, 409 ends sett at 18 epi.  The weft is 16/2 black alpaca woven at 16 ppi.  It won First Place and Most Outstanding Exhibit at the 2001 Yolo County Fair.
Point Twill Shawl



These two scarves were woven from West Valley Alpacas kits and are 8" x 68" including 4" fringe.  The style is Random Stripes, the colors are Berry (left) and Fog (right), and the yarn is 16/2 superfine alpaca in both warp and weft.
